A bit of perspicacity is much needed in life these days. Being intuitively aware that something isn't quite right, or is something to go for can be very useful if we are to avoid making mistakes.

I know that in the past I have gone against that first tingling feeling about a person or their motives & always been proved that I should have listened to my gut. Noy listening can have very bad outcomes!

The warmth & vibrance of the waterlily, sitting on its sun drenched pond made me think of all the good things which have neterde my life, because that shrewd instinct made me be bold & strike up a contact with really wonderful people. it has also saved me from the not so great.

Being one of those enthusiastic people who can easily go off full tilt without taking the time to really assess what is in front of me, has taught me to stop, take a breath & just gently tune in to what my senses tell me. Perspicacity is something I tune into carefully these days!
