One Day Painting Courses

Take your art to new levels of confidence & skills. Create a finished painting in one day.

Join me in the stunning setting of my home studio in Harbeton, near Totnes,  Devon for a range of immersive painting courses. These workshops are a full day 10am-5pm in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere where you will learn new skills & techniques as well finding new confidence in your creativity.

Inspired by the gardens, meadows, hedgerows & countryside  all around, the workshops will help you capture the essence & joy of Nature & create your own painting to take home, capturing the colour & free growth of both wild & garden flora. you will be guided through the process as I paint a demonstration piece for you to follow.

Weather dependant, we will work in the studio or on  my shady terrace overlooking stunning rolling devon views.

The small group of up to 5 participants ensures that there is plenty of of time for individual attention, questions & feedback. 

The courses include lunch & refreshments.

A list of basic materials will be provided prior to each course & you will also be free to use my extensive collection of brushes, tools & surfaces.

Experience level: These courses are ideally suited for anyone with a passion to create. Some painting experience, whether a hobbyist or artist, is useful, but relative beginners can also create a beautiful pice of art with guidance.
