Most of all to be comfortable within ourselves brings a sense of peace & inner strength.

But comfort can also hold us back. To live & stay within our comfort zone can mean that we never move forward, never challenge ourselves or grow. Nudging ourselves out of that comfort zone can create incredible opportunities a chance to expand & achieve things beyond our imagining.

Like do many things in life there is a balance to be struck. Enough comfort to provide well being but not so much that we become stuck.

By nature, I so often live right outside of where my mind is comfortable with what I’m doing. It has meant that I discover surprising things about myself which have led to both good & bad outcomes. But I relish that journey… even if sometimes I’d just like to sink into a place of comfort & rest.
