My work is an escape, a meditative process which always moves my soul & allows me to process anything on my mind. This forest painting particularly gave me a sense of calm. The Autumn trees creating a comforting embrace as you step along the path towards the light. It keeps reminding me that taking time to be with nature & take time noticing the little things of beauty is fundamentally vital to our well-being.
