Walking through an Acer grove in the autumn.the light dappling & fracturing through the multitude of golden, Orange & amber leaves is always a soothing experience. The warmth generated by the mellow colours are the epitome of Autumn.
This big canvas was painted after a visit to the garden house in Yelverton, where every year the Acers create such a wonderful spectacle of colour.
