During the painting process, my thoughts centered around the need for self care when life is busy & the world throws challenges at us from every direction. Taking the time to just stop & be with nature, to relax & take moments to ourselves to allow the body & mind to rest.Self care is vital if we are to care for anyone else as we are no use to anyone if we allow ourselves to become sapped & exhausted.
