About this Painting: Autumn, the leaves turn & mellow colours abound in the landscape. The Japanese Maple never fails to put on a show of glowing warm colour. The tones of yellow, orange, peach & umber create a warmth of feeling & spread it to their surroundings. The colours captured in my pastel painting of Autumnal leaves are all about keeping that sense of comfort present throughout the Winter. 'Mellow' will bring a low of October sunshine ito its surroundings & a feeling of comfort to an interior.
